Important Costume Information for 2012

1. We will start measuring students for costumes.
2. Costume deposits are due week of December 5th. A $70 charge for your first costume and $50 for each additional costume will be needed. Please check with your child’s teacher how many costumes he or she needs.
3. Recital will be held on Saturday and Sunday in June. More information will be sent home later.
4. The $70 deposit is non-refundable once costumes are ordered. Orders are prepared the end of December and sent in early January. Late orders will have an extra $15 added since shipping costs are high on small orders.
5. Participation in recital is optional but 99% of our students participate. Please talk this over with your child. It is an important commitment since they have to have good attendance in order to get the proper technique and their routine known well. Please let your child know their commitment is important. We have had students drop out as late as April and May. By then routines are done and formations are set. If a child is missing, it is not fair to their classmates, since changes have to be made. Their class is a team. Please don’t wait until April or May to give us your order, since all costume orders take 10-12 weeks for delivery.
